This page explains what happens to the details you give us through the brief form on nonsensicalmedia.com, or when you email us. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
Nonsensical Media is a film and content studio run by Rahul Beniwal. For anything about your data, write to [email protected]. That address is also our grievance contact under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
| From the brief form | Your name, email, company or artist name, project type, budget band, timeline, references and message. The form doesn’t take file uploads; links you paste stay links. |
|---|---|
| Automatically | The page you sent the form from, the site that referred you, the campaign tag on the link that brought you here (for example, our Instagram bio), and the country your connection comes from. The campaign tag is held in your browser tab only until you send a brief. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you’re a person, not a bot. |
| Not collected | We don’t use advertising trackers or set analytics cookies. Visitor counts come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn’t identify you. Videos load from YouTube only when you press play. |
Why we use it
Only to read your brief, reply to you, and work out whether and how we can make your project. We send one automatic email confirming we received it. You give consent by sending the form. We never sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
Where it’s kept
Briefs are stored in our Google Workspace account (Google Sheets and Gmail). The website and form run on Cloudflare. Both providers may process data outside India under their own security and privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after our last conversation, unless we end up working together — then for as long as the project and our legal and tax records need it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we’ll act on it within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
